3. TREkKING TO THE RIVER
Its the most popular adventure sport.
You just need a pair of boot to start our
particular Odissya
It can be practised all around the year
and just the wather can stop us from
practising this sport. But every season
has its own temperature and light hours
which can modify our way of planning
things.
4. TREKKING
GREAT ROUTE TREKKING consists of
walking more than one t day in places off
the beaten.
They are usually isolated areas with few
accommodation facilities so that you have to
spend the night in cott5ages or just enjoy
sharing tents.
5. SENDERISMO
It is the Spanish name related to trecking when
you do it on a guided route with signals. These
routes go on along old paths and royal roads which
try to reproduce the ancient communication
routes used by our ancestors.
These paths , with a difference in difficulty
according to the preservation state have signals so
that nobody can get lost.
6. CLASsIFICAtIoN AND
SIGNALS
According to the number of days needed to complete
the route, we can talk about:
Great Route : (GR) Paths that need 6 days to be
completed. ( two parallel lines in white and red)
PEQUEÑO RECORRIDO (PR) Small routes that
require less than 6 days to get to the end. (Two
parallel lines in yellow and white
CIRCULAR(C) small routes that go and return to
the same place in just one day.

They regulate the microclimate of the river.
They make the banks stable.
They are an ideal habitat for a great number os species,
animals and plants.
They work as a filter against the accumulation of
sediments and quemicals in the river bed.
They have the rôle of water and sediments
accumulators.
They work as areas of reloading underground waters.
They have a great recreational and cultural value
showing a wonderful landscape.
